How do I book a taxi to Schiphol?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are possible subject to availability; call or WhatsApp us for immediate confirmation.

Do you offer fixed prices?

Yes. We always charge a fixed price per route, regardless of traffic or detours. The price you book is the price you pay.

Are there surcharges for nights or weekends?

No. Our fixed prices are the same 24/7, no night, weekend or holiday surcharge.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We actively monitor your flight number. In case of a delay we adjust the pick-up time automatically, at no extra cost.

Where do I meet my driver at Schiphol?

Your driver waits with a name sign in the arrivals hall at the Meeting Point. You receive an SMS 30 minutes before arrival with the exact meeting point.

Which vehicles do you drive?

We drive modern sedans (1-4 passengers), estate wagons (1-4 with extra luggage) and 8-seater vans for groups. All vehicles are inspected yearly and cleaned after every ride.

How much luggage can I bring?

A sedan fits luggage for 4 passengers (4 suitcases + 4 hand luggage). Extra luggage or special items like skis or a child seat? Let us know at booking and we reserve a suitable vehicle.

You pay securely online in advance via iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. Cash or card in the car is also possible on request.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes. After payment you automatically receive a digital invoice by email, suitable for business administration.
